Shippingand returns
We ship to every serviceable PIN code in India. Nothing is cut until an order is close, so dispatch is measured from when the pair is finished, not when you press the button.
What it costs
Orders of ₹4,999 and over ship free. Below that, shipping is ₹149 anywhere in the country.
Cash on delivery adds a ₹79 handling fee, which is what the courier charges us to carry and bank the cash.
When it arrives
In stock pairs are dispatched within two working days and tracked to your door. Metro addresses usually see them in three to four days, the rest of the country in five to seven.
If a pair has to be made, the product page says so and adds the lead time before you order.
Paying the courier
Have the exact total ready in cash. You can open the box and try the pair on before you pay. If they are wrong, hand them straight back and nothing is charged.
Returns
Seven days from delivery, unworn, in the box, with the insole and laces as they arrived. Write to returns@orate.in with your order reference and we arrange the pickup.
Soles scuff the moment they touch grit, so please try them on something soft. A worn sole is the one thing we cannot take back.
