Who you are buying from
Orate Footwear Private Limited, registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline one if a size has sold out between your order and our reading it. Nothing is charged before dispatch, because cash on delivery is the only method we currently take.
Pricing errors
If a price is listed wrongly we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel. We will not quietly ship at the wrong price and argue about it later.
Returns and refunds
Seven days from delivery, unworn and in the box. Refunds go back by bank transfer within seven working days of the pair reaching us.
Making good
If a pair fails through how it was made rather than how it was worn, we repair or replace it. Tell us and send a photograph.
